Many new and exciting changes happening in our lives this year. We are moving to the Tri-State area of Kentucky USA!! This has all come about so quickly and unexpectedly so that 2013 has been an extremely busy year so far. We have been figuring out all the details of moving to another country, trying to find a home, selling off our vehicles and our house. I have had very little time for any torch work which I am anxious and excited to get back into once we have moved.

This has been our home for 15 years, it's going to be so hard to leave! But there are new and exciting adventures awaiting us in Kentucky. Wish us luck!!

Things I've been busy with

Over the last few weeks I've been busy making beads of course, trying to learn how to list on Ebay and crocheting a poncho for myself. So as for the beads, here is what I've been working on: A couple of children magnets
A focal bead that could be used for a pendent or bracelet
Peppermints which I hope to list on Ebay this week.
Lastley, a jumble of beads that I will hopefully be able to make into a pretty, girly bracelet to be auctioned off at the Mission Dance Studio's performance of The Nutcracker.
Next time I'll have photos of my poncho that I had completely finished, only to find it was too long so I decided to froggit (a new term I learned meaning "unravel") the whole thing and now have to completely remake. Ugh! And....I will also have a photo of my oh so sweet bad boy...my kitten! I say bad boy because he has chewed through our computer speaker cables, our laptop charging cord and the kids' DS charger. He is lucky he is so cute!

Hey I'm starting a Blog! Why!? I don't know! Everybody is doing it, so I thought I better too. What's it going to be about? I don't know. Hopefully something interesting. We'll see. In the meantime, I am going to try and figure out how to set this thing up and we'll see what becomes of it. So happy reading!!
